I like the people there, I definitely wouldn't qualify the place as scammy, but I did not have a good experience there. First, they ordered the wrong part, then they neglected to refund me on that part and without permission, installed a cheaper, worse part. And I basically got my truck back worse than I gave it, with it driving like it had a concrete suspension. They also fudged the alignment, way too toed out. So not only did I almost lose money where they neglected to refund me, but I had to waste more money taking it somewhere capable to get it properly aligned and add the parts I'd initially went there to order. I don't doubt people have had good experiences there. I did not.

I took my 2026 Toyota Landcruiser in to have an ICON Stage 3 lift kit installed along with 285/65/20 Toyo Open Country AT3’s. Additionally, I got the front 2 windows tinted with a ceramic tint. I dropped it off on Monday on my way out of town and picked it up on Wednesday when I got back. Dave was very helpful and knowledgeable about the suspension lift options and tire size combination. I had a great experience and highly recommend Modern Auto Extras

I wish I could give negative stars. This establishment is a complete joke. I paid nearly $1500 dollars for new headlights. After their first attempt, the day time running lights were not working at all and the calibration was way off. I contacted the manager (Jimmy) and explained the problem. He said he'd be glad to get it taken care of and even offered to come to my home and pick up the vehicle to perform the necessary corrections. After their second attempt, the headlights are still improperly calibrated, my fog lights won't work at all, and the night time sensors will not allow the lights to come on naturally. I contacted Jimmy again the following day and he stated "that's just the way the replacement headlights are". 🤨 Well I strongly disagree. I have been a tradesmen all my life and am quite familiar with different aspects of wiring and how they function. I was refused a refund so I'll have to spend my holiday weekend figuring it out myself as I have performed all of the upgrades to my 4runner up to this point and will certainly be performing any future upgrades. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I'm looking into taking legal action at this point.

I have order a lot of parts through them and every time I walked in their door I had a great experience. They never rushed me and were very patient and supplied a lot of very helpful knowledge! I will absolutely keep using them and highly recommend them to anyone!
